今天

飲食的部份晚餐有點太晚了，21:00 才吃，不過是突發事件，所以也還好，不是常態。

金錢使用正常，晚上買了小瓶優酪乳。

沒有念英、日文。(已經連續幾天了，要注意)

有去健身房運動。

睡眠時間提早到 1:50 。(昨天其實還是 2:00 才去睡)

今天有看一下 paper，重新開始閱讀學術著作。

雜事

今天有把房子定下來，交通很方便，不過比現在住的小很多，空間結構比較特別，但是我想我可以靠自己的的空間配置來彌補這份缺憾。

晚上有去三家腳踏車店看看腳踏車的品牌樣式，不過還沒有看到合適的，要找機會再去別家調查。

對明天的期望

飲食、金錢使用、運動繼續維持。

找出時間念英、日文(已經槓龜好幾天了)

睡眠時間能繼續提早，今天提早的幅度不夠。

從目前的 paper 作延伸閱讀，慢慢深入。

要開始複習一些技術性的東西，像是 C++、Flash。

抽空看點想看的書，像是 Randy Pausch 的 "The Last Lecture"、許方宜的「不怕我和世界不一樣」。(這個槓龜第二天)

Setting MySQL to Use UTF-8 on MAMP (MySQL 5.5.9, or 5+)

I wanted to setup MySQL to use utf-8 on the MAMP installation on my Mac. I tried the instructions from this article: http://cameronyule.com/2008/07/configuring-mysql-to-use-utf-8/ However, I kept getting error messages that are similar to this one [ERROR] /Applications/MAMP/Library/bin/mysqld: unknown variable 'default-collation=utf8_general_ci' I did some search and realized that several variables are deprecated. ngrok, a service to help you get a public URL for your local webserver

If you are looking for options to test your web app hosted on your own machine (e.g., laptop) remotely with someone, I recommend using a service called ngrok. https://ngrok.com/ It has many usages, but in the context of testing an app hosted on your own machine, the most important part is giving you a public URL that will redirect all the requests to your local webserver (e.g., Apache, Nginx, or whatever server you are running). You can give this URL to a testing participant without the need to host the app on a remote server.
