今天

中餐省掉了，晚上有喝優酪乳。

金錢使用晚餐較多，170 元，但是因為中餐沒吃，所以平均起來還在合理範圍內。

買了兩瓶飲料，花了總共 50 塊，開始試著自己帶水瓶吧！

有背幾個英文單字，但是日文還是沒有開始念。

有去健身房運動。

睡眠時間部份，應該可以 1:30 睡，明天希望能繼續提早。

今天對時間的運用滿緊湊確實的，時時勞記在心要好好運用時間果然有效。唯一還沒有運用到的是等捷運的時間，比較無所事事一點。

對明天的期望

好的維持，慢慢調整三餐的食量，做到「早餐吃得飽，午餐吃得好，晚餐吃得少」。

睡眠時間繼續提早。

希望抽空看點書。

Setting MySQL to Use UTF-8 on MAMP (MySQL 5.5.9, or 5+)

I wanted to setup MySQL to use utf-8 on the MAMP installation on my Mac.
